Yes. Every watch includes an adjustable stainless steel strap and a free sizing tool, suitable for wrists between 170 and 240 mm.

Yes. YDC offers a range of interchangeable straps including leather and mesh steel. Each one is easy to swap using the quick-release tool provided, so you can change your look in seconds.

Delivery & Returns

Yes, we offer complimentary express delivery worldwide on all orders over £130. For orders below this amount, a flat delivery fee of £3.99 will apply. Every parcel is sent with care via trusted couriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

Estimated times vary by destination:

  • UK & USA: 3–7 working days
  • Europe & Canada: 3–9 working days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–9 working days
  • Rest of the world: 7–14 working days

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 working hours, with tracking details provided as soon as your order leaves us.

Certainly. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, so you can follow your parcel’s journey every step of the way.

We offer a 30-day returns policy from the date of delivery. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your YDC watch, you may return it provided it remains unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. Just contact our support team and we’ll assist you.

Yes, return postage is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked or signed-for service for items over £40 to ensure safe return.

Of course. Should you wish to exchange, please contact our support team within 30 days. The watch must be in perfect, unworn condition. Once received and inspected, we’ll arrange for your chosen model to be sent out. You’ll need to cover return postage.

Warranty

Yes, every YDC timepiece comes with a two-year limited warranty, covering any manufacturing faults under normal use. This is a reflection of our commitment to quality and craftsmanship. Should anything fall short, we shall make it right.

Our warranty covers any manufacturing or mechanical faults, including issues with the movement or production-related defects. It does not extend to wear and tear, battery replacement, or any damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or unauthorised repairs.

To start a claim, please contact our support team at support@ydcwatch.com. We’ll guide you through the process and may request photos or a brief video. If your issue is covered, we’ll repair or replace your timepiece at no extra cost.

All watches come with a two-year warranty as standard, though we do occasionally offer extended cover during special promotions. Please keep an eye on our product page or sign up for updates on future offers.

If your watch requires attention for something not covered (e.g., accidental damage), we’re still here to assist. Get in touch and we’ll provide repair or replacement options at a fair and reasonable cost, so your watch remains in perfect order.

Order Information

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by a dispatch notification with tracking details once your parcel leaves us. You can track its progress directly via your chosen courier.

Yes, provided your order hasn’t been processed or sent out. Please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order at support@ydcwatch.com with the subject line: “ORDER AMENDMENT REQUESTED”. After processing begins, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

If you notice an error, please get in touch within 6 hours of purchase. If your parcel hasn’t left us, we’ll update the address. If it’s already on its way, we won’t be able to amend it, and you may need to liaise with the courier for further assistance.

If your order contains several items, they might be sent separately owing to stock levels or warehouse arrangements. You’ll receive individual tracking numbers for each parcel.

Please check your junk or spam folder first. If it’s not there, you may have entered an incorrect email at checkout. Reach out to our support team with your full name and order details – we’ll help locate your order.
