Shipping & Returns
Yes, we offer free worldwide express shipping on all orders over $160. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee of $9 will apply. All shipments are handled with care and delivered via trusted global couriers like DHL, FedEx, UPS, and more.
Estimated delivery times vary by region. For most locations:
- U.S. & U.K.: 3–7 business days
- Canada & Europe: 3–9 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 5–9 business days
- Rest of the World: 7–14 business days
Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours, and you’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number. You can track your package's journey directly through the courier.
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you’re not fully satisfied with your YDC watch, you may return it as long as the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Simply contact our support team, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, especially for items valued over $50, to ensure safe delivery back to us.
Of course! If you'd like to switch to a different model, contact our support team within 30 days. The item must be in perfect, unworn condition. You’ll cover the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect the original watch, we’ll send out your preferred model.
Warranty
Yes! Every YDC timepiece is backed by our 2-year limited warranty, covering all manufacturing defects under normal use. This reflects our commitment to quality and craftsmanship. If it’s not perfect, we’ll make it right.
Our warranty includes any manufacturing or mechanical defects, such as issues with the movement or factory-related faults. It does not cover wear and tear, battery replacement, or damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
To initiate a warranty claim, simply contact our support team at support@ydcwatch.com. We’ll walk you through the process and request photos or videos if needed. If the issue falls under our warranty terms, we’ll repair or replace your timepiece at no extra charge.
While all watches come with a 2-year warranty by default, we occasionally offer extended warranty plans during special promotions. Please check the product page or subscribe to our newsletter for any upcoming offers.
If your watch requires service due to non-covered issues (e.g., accidental damage), we still want to help. Reach out to us and we’ll provide affordable repair or replacement options so your watch can stay in top condition.
Order Information
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once your package ships. You can track your package's journey directly through the courier.
Yes—but only if your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet. Please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order at support@ydcwatch.com with the subject line: “ORDER ADJUSTMENT REQUIRED.” After processing begins, we can no longer make changes or cancellations.
If you realize you made a mistake, contact us within 6 hours of purchase. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll update the address. If it’s already in transit, we won’t be able to change it, and you may need to contact the carrier directly for further assistance.
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately due to stock availability or warehouse logistics. You’ll receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.
