At YDCWatch, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. We stand behind the quality of our timepieces and offer a clear and fair return and refund process to support your satisfaction.

Return Eligibility

Our 48|48 Promise: We stand by our signature promise. You have 48 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund.

Return Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, your timepiece must be returned in brand-new, unworn condition, free from any scratches, marks, or damage. All original packaging—including boxes, tags, protective films, and any accessories—must be included and fully intact.

  • We define "unworn" as having only been tried on briefly indoors. Any signs of wear or removal of bracelet links will result in the return being denied.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Any complimentary gifts received with your purchase are also non-returnable and non-refundable.

Defective Items: The conditions above do not apply to items that arrive defective. Please contact our support team immediately if you receive a defective product.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at support@YDCwatch.com within 48 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will provide clear return instructions.

Please do not return your item without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

  • Cost: Return shipping is completely free for all eligible returns. We will provide a prepaid shipping label once your return is authorized.
  • Process: We handle the return logistics so you can have a worry-free experience. Simply follow the instructions from our support team, and we'll take care of the rest.
  • Liability: Please note that YDC Watch is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. However, should an issue arise, we are always here to assist you with the carrier's claim process.

Refund Process

  1. Inspection & Notification: Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Refund Issuance: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
  3. Important Note on Shipping Fees: Any original shipping charges paid on your order are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Items

We take quality seriously. If your order arrives with any issues, we are committed to making it right.

What to Do:

  1. Contact Us Promptly: Please email our support team at support@YDCwatch.com as soon as you notice an issue.
  2. Provide Proof of Issue: To help us resolve this for you as quickly as possible, please include your order number and attach clear photos or a short video showing the damage or defect.
  3. Our Resolution: Once the issue is verified, we will promptly arrange for a brand-new replacement or a full refund.

A Helpful Tip for Shipping Claims

In the rare event that your package arrives visibly damaged, providing clear evidence is the best way to support a claim with the shipping carrier. While not required for our help, a short unboxing video is highly recommended. For the most effective record, please try to capture:

  • The sealed package, showing all six sides before opening.
  • A clear view of the shipping label.
  • The entire unboxing process.

This helps us resolve shipping-related issues much faster. But rest assured, your satisfaction is always our top priority.

48-Month Warranty

As part of our 48|48 Promise, every YDCWatch timepiece is backed by a comprehensive 48-month warranty, giving you long-term peace of mind.

What's Covered: The warranty covers any manufacturing defects in material or workmanship.

What's Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Battery replacement
  • Damage resulting from improper use, accidents, or unauthorized service

How to Make a Claim: To initiate a warranty claim, please email our support team at support@YDCwatch.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift Cards
  • Customized products (e.g., engraved watches)

  • Please be aware that product colors may vary slightly from website images due to differences in lighting or screen displays.
  • While YDC Watch cannot be held legally responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs, we promise to be your advocate. Should any issue arise, we will work diligently on your behalf with the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
  • To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
