Our shipping policy is designed to ensure that your order reaches you safely, efficiently, and with the highest level of care. Shipping partners & free worldwide shipping

We are proud to offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders. YDC watch partners with globally renowned shipping carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, SF Express, EMS, and other reliable regional couriers. This allows us to deliver directly to your door, no matter where you are.

Order processing & fulfillment time

  • We aim to process and ship all orders within 24-48 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 11 AM PST on Fridays will begin processing on the following Monday morning.
  • In rare cases, such as peak seasons or unforeseen stock delays, order processing may take up to 5 business days.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with your tracking details.

Shipping times vary by destination and may be influenced by factors such as customs processing, local courier efficiency, and unforeseen delays. Below is an estimate of expected delivery times:

  • Australia, New Zealand: 6 - 12 business days
  • Mexico, Central & South America: 7 - 12 business days
  • United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia: 4 - 7 business days
  • Asia (Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan, Japan, etc.): 5 - 16 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10 - 25 business days

Order tracking

Every order is processed with a tracking number. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey. Please note:

  • Tracking information may take 1-3 business days to update after dispatch.
  • If your tracking number has not been updated after 5 business days, please reach out to our support team at support@ydcwatch.com.

Customs, duties & taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are determined by your country’s regulations.
  • These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.
  • YDC watch has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
  • If an order is refused and returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any incurred fees.

Delivery guarantee & responsibility

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, there are circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, severe weather, strikes, holidays) that may cause delays. YDC watch cannot be held responsible for delays caused by such factors, but we will do our best to assist in tracking and resolving any issues.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

We understand how important it is to receive your order safely. However, once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, YDC watch is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office.
  • If you still cannot locate your package, we encourage you to file a claim with the respective shipping carrier.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear video/photos of the damage for review.

Address accuracy & order changes

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate.
  • If an order is placed with an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 6 hours at support@ydcwatch.com with the subject line: "ORDER ADJUSTMENT REQUIRED".
  • If your order has already been processed, we are unable to make changes or retrieve it from the courier.

Multiple item orders

  • Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately due to different warehouse locations or stock availability.
  • If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

Holiday shipping & unexpected delays

During peak shopping seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, New Year), order processing and shipping times may be extended due to high demand and courier service delays. We recommend placing orders early to avoid any inconvenience.
