Shipping & Delivery Policy

At YDC Watch, we believe the delivery experience should be as precise and refined as the timepiece you've chosen. Here’s everything you need to know about delivery to the United States.

Shipping to the United States

Processing & Delivery:

  • Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major US holidays).
  • Estimated delivery takes 3–7 business days after your order has shipped.

Shipping Carriers:

  • We primarily ship orders via USPS (United States Postal Service) – the nation's trusted delivery service. In some cases, we may use an alternative major carrier like UPS or FedEx to ensure the most efficient and secure delivery, depending on your location or package requirements.

Shipping Costs:

  • Standard shipping is FREE for all orders over $170.
  • For orders under $170, a flat rate of $5 applies.

Please Note: During sales and peak seasons, our standard processing times may be longer than usual. For all US orders, applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. The total you pay is final—there are no additional fees upon delivery.

International Shipping

We are proud to offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders. Please note that the following delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times (from the US):

  • Canada: 4–8 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 6–11 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
  • Asia (Japan, Singapore, S. Korea, etc.): 7–14 business days
  • UAE & Middle East: 6–12 business days
  • Rest of the World: 8–16 business days

Our standard processing time of 1–2 business days is not included in the delivery estimates above.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.

  • Please allow 1–2 business days for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
  • You can check your order's status at any time on our Track Your Order page.
  • If the tracking has not updated after 5 business days, please contact our support team at support@YDCwatch.com, and we'll be happy to help.

Taxes & Duties

For Orders Within the United States:

  • Your final price is confirmed at checkout, inclusive of all applicable sales tax, with no extra fees upon delivery.

For International Orders (Outside the US):

  • Your order may be subject to import taxes or customs duties by your local customs office.
  • These fees are not included in the purchase price and are the customer's responsibility.
  • We recommend contacting your local customs office for details before ordering.
  • If a package is returned due to unpaid duties, the original and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Multiple Item Orders

Your order may arrive in multiple shipments, each with its own tracking number.

This allows us to:

  • Package each item safely based on size, fragility, or warehouse location.
  • Maintain high delivery standards and reduce the risk of damage.

You’ll receive a separate tracking link for each shipment. No additional shipping charges apply.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Items

While we pack every order with care, shipping issues can sometimes happen. Here’s what to do:

  • If your package is marked "Delivered" but not received: Please allow 24 hours and check with your neighbors or local post office, as it may have been left in a safe spot. If you still can't locate it, contact us for assistance.
  • If your item arrives damaged: Please contact us as soon as possible. Our 48|48 Promise means we’re always here to help, no matter when you reach out.
  • If your package is lost in transit (tracking has not updated): Reach out to our support team. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue for you.

After this window, changes may not be possible if the order is already in progress.
