Our Refund/Return Policy is designed with your best interests in mind, ensuring that you are always treated fairly and respectfully. Return Policy

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return if you are not completely satisfied.

Important Note: After this 30-day period, we regret that we will no longer be able to issue refunds or exchanges. We understand that keeping a watch is a long-term commitment, and we always strive to ensure your satisfaction with your choice. If you have any concerns during this period, please contact us immediately—just like a friend who is always ready to listen and help.

Return Conditions:

  • The watch must be unused, undamaged, and in pristine condition, just as you would care for a precious gift.
  • All original packaging, including the box, tags, and protective stickers, must remain intact and in its original state—like a perfect painting that has never been altered.

Note: We understand that there may be exceptional cases, and our support team will carefully review each return request to ensure fairness and reasonableness. However, to ensure a smooth return process, we kindly ask you to adhere to the conditions outlined above.

Return Process: Please contact our customer support team at support@ydcwatch.com. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item and assist you throughout the process, ensuring it goes smoothly—just like a friend who is always there when you need them.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that we are not liable for any loss or damage incurred during return shipping.

To ensure security, especially for items valued over $50, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. This allows you to monitor your package’s journey and have greater confidence in its safe arrival—just as we always aim to safeguard your journey toward the perfect product.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt and informing you whether your refund request has been approved or declined.

If your item meets the return conditions, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, ensuring a fast and reliable process.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged watch, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, including photos and/or videos documenting the issue.

We are committed to promptly arranging a replacement or a full refund—just as a close friend would always want to make things right for you.

We rely on the timestamped tracking information and delivery confirmation from the shipping carrier when assessing claims or return requests.

If reported after 48 hours, we may only offer a partial refund, depending on the specific situation. We appreciate your understanding, as we always do our best to protect your rights.

Important Note:

We only accept and process claims if customers provide a video recording of the unboxing process. The video must be continuous, without any interruptions, obscured angles, or edits/merging of multiple clips. It must be of high quality, ensuring clear and sharp visuals, distinctly capturing the following elements:

  • Clearly show all six sides of the package, focusing on its edges/corners to prove its condition upon arrival.
  • Capture the entire unboxing process, ensuring that the shipping label matches the order details.
  • Show the quantity and condition of the product, including edges, seals, original and additional labels (if any).

We want to ensure you receive a flawless product, and if any issues arise, we are ready to act immediately—just as we care for our dearest ones.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped, and we do not charge any administrative or cancellation fees, even though we incur processing costs after checkout.

However, once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. We appreciate your cooperation and always strive to make this process as seamless as possible—just as we always want to assist you in your decisions.

Product Exchanges (If Applicable)

If you wish to exchange your watch for a different model, please contact our support team. Exchange conditions are the same as the return policy. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. If your watch is defective or damaged, we will handle it under our defective or damaged products policy.

To qualify for an exchange, the watch must be in perfect working condition and excellent physical condition—just as you would care for a cherished gift. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship the new model as soon as possible—just as we always strive to bring you joy and satisfaction.

Warranty

All YDC Watches timepieces come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover:

  • Natural wear and tear.
  • Battery replacements.
  • Damage caused by improper use.

Additional Information

Product Image Discrepancies: We strive to provide accurate images on our website, but due to screen resolutions and lighting conditions, colors and details may differ slightly (5–10%) from the actual product. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that such differences are rare. In fact, when you hold the watch in your hands, we believe you will appreciate its beauty and quality even more—just as a true gift shines brighter when experienced in person.

Shipping & Delivery: We are not responsible for any shipping or customs delays caused by carriers. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If any delivery issues arise, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist—just as we always strive to safeguard your journey toward the perfect timepiece.

Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and customized products are non-returnable. Please check the product description for details, and feel free to reach out with any questions.

Delayed Refunds: Refunds typically process within 1–7 business days, but additional time may be required for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card provider, as refunds may take time to be officially posted.
